BB Beauty Balm
This oil free, mineralised BB cream is supposed to moisturise, brighten and smooth the skin, which is definitely does! As far as beauty balms go this one is lovely, it feels really smooth on the skin and melts in when applied without settling into fine lines. Whilst it doesn't give very full coverage, as a beauty balm it isn't suppose to. Im not sure about the colour range, but this shade is fantastic for my skin (which is fairly pale). This would be perfect for someone who is either just starting out with makeup and doesn't want a super heavy foundation or when you just want a little coverage to make the skin look bright and smooth and have a more even complexion.
The two blushes included in the package is the original blush in 'Mocha' (Left) and the Baked Blush in * (Right)
The size of both of these blushes is fantastic. They are not so big that they are difficult to travel with, but you still get a lot of product for the price. The packaging is really nice and sleek which is an added bonus!
This blush in the colour "Mocha" is the perfect dusty peachy pink. This has always been my go to blush colour and has been a favourite of mine in the last few months. It is so pigmented and gives a lovely flush of colour to the cheeks. This matte blush blends really easily and has been replacing my high end blushes over time!
This is a blush formula I've never seen before, whilst there are a few baked blushes on the market, I've yet to see one that is both an illuminator and a bronzer. Its a lovely natural peachy pink that gives such a lovely glow to the skin. I prefer a matte bronzer for a more sculpted contour, this ontop of a matte contour looks incredible! A light sweep of this blush gives a very soft golden peach flush, but its also very pigmented, so its super buildable for a more intense look!
Brows
I love little bow powder sets that have everything in it, so this little kit is perfect! The powder is pigmented and blendable, then the wax is the perfect finish to set the brows. I especially love the little applicators, usually i don't like them but these are great quality and allow you to imitate hairs for a natural look, the spooly is an added bonus as i find it necessary to brush out anything thats too harsh or heavy! Whilst the colour on the left is a touch dark for my brows, the 2 shades makes it easy to match your brow colour as well as use a lighter colour at the front of your brows and the darker colour at the tail end to create natural, realistic and flawless brows!
If you're a fan of brow gels and brow pomades, this product will be your best friend! Super blendable, very affordable and easy to use. Whilst this colour is way too dark for me and i prefer brow pencils, i found this product easy to use of clients with darker brows and is fantastic for sparse brows if you want to draw on little hairs with a small angled brush. My main suggestion would be to start off lightly as it is very pigmented and can dry quite quickly. As with all makeup, it is very easy to add more, but incredibly difficult to remove if you use too much! I can't wait to try this again in a lighter colour.
Colour Correct & Dark Circle Concealer
If you have dark circles like me, this product will be your holy grail. I've seen so many people apply layer after layer of thick concealer and still cannot cover dark circles. This is because concealer can only cover so much, to combat real dark circles it works best to apply a colour corrector to actually correct the different colour. Dirk circles are usually blue/purple based, so anything orange/pink based will correct this colour as well brighten the area. I apply a very thin layer of this just on the darkest areas (all over is too much) and blend with my ring finger. I then apply a thin layer of concealer slightly lighter than my skin tone to add a little more coverage and brighten up the area. My only criticism is that i wish this was a tad lighter as i have quite pale skin! But even with a pale concealer, this product still fakes a perfect 8 hour sleep!
